What happens when the 30 days end?
We email you a few days before. When the trial ends you get 10 more days with everything working the same, to decide without rushing. If you subscribe, nothing is interrupted.
How do I pay?
By card, from your dashboard, in under a minute. Payments are processed by Paddle, which issues the invoice. We never handle your card details.
How are members counted?
We count members with an active plan, not everyone who ever signed up. A gym with years of history may have hundreds of old records and ninety real members: you pay for the real ones, and you can check the number yourself from your dashboard.
What happens if I go over 150 members?
We let you know and the change applies from the next billing period, never right away. And if you go back down, so does your plan.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Billed monthly, cancel whenever you want from your dashboard.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The 30-day trial does not ask for any payment method.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. You can still look up your information and the check-in screen keeps working; what you cannot do is add or edit until you reactivate.
